Tony Schatz (Sounds Like Fun, Rainbow Kittens With Wings, Mr. Frederick, Everybody) has his charming way of wooing his audience with his sexy movements, jingling chimes, and his catchy, memorable progressions. when i have seen him before, he had always used a loop pedal to simulate some kind of distorted choir of voices and guitars. this time there were no loops, only a soft delay. he will tell you most of his sound is from the tiny amp he plays through, but my favorite thing is when his acoustc voice overpowers the volume of the amp in loud parts. there is this joke that maybe there should be lyrics behind him with a bouncy ball. listen to this recording to find out why.
